The first quarter of 2025 witnessed intriguing trends in the performance of the top health and fitness apps on the Android platform in Germany. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into the weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics for these leading applications.

YAZIO: AI Calorie Tracker showed a notable performance in terms of revenue. The app started strong with approximately $372K in the first week of January before experiencing a gradual decline, closing the quarter at around $158K. Weekly downloads began at 75.8K, tapering down to 18.4K by the end of March. Active users remained fairly stable, with a slight peak of about 1M in early January, settling at 944K by the end of the quarter.

Meine AOK did not generate any revenue during this period. However, it maintained a consistent download rate, starting at 42K and stabilizing around 30K towards the end of March. The app's active users fluctuated, peaking at 847K at the start of the quarter and dropping to 547K by the end.
